• Operational Support: assist Resort Manager with daily schedules, staff coordination, and facility operations.
• Team Leadership and Development: assist in hiring, training, and mentoring team members.
• Customer Service Excellence: interact with clients, ensure satisfaction, and address issues.
• Safety and Cleanliness: oversee safety and cleanliness of all areas and compliance with health standards.
• Inventory Management: monitor supplies, place orders, and manage vendor relationships.
• Pet Care Coordination: support care plans for daycare, boarding, or grooming.
• Event Planning and Marketing: assist with promotions and events with marketing team.
