Job summary

Pet Paradise is seeking a dedicated Resort Associate to care for our four-legged guests in a pet-friendly environment. The starting rate is $15.00/hour with scheduled increases at 6 months and on the annual anniversary date, reflecting opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with animals
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Cheerful, friendly, and team-oriented
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Supervise and interact with pets inside the resort and in outdoor play yards
• Follow feeding times, amounts, and food types
• Maintain cleanliness of suites and dog runs by disinfecting, washing floors, scrubbing walls and removing waste
• Monitor and record important information about pets and report any issues to management/veterinarian
• Use proper dog handling techniques as instructed by management
• Keep dogs secure and adhere to training policies
