The incumbent will be involved in all aspects of the day to day operation of the PET radiopharmaceutical production facility operating under cGMP, including radiochemical production area, analytical laboratory and clean room operations. The PET Radiopharmaceutical manufacturing Chemist I is responsible for helping develop new PET radiopharmaceutical manufacturing processes and is expected to master these new processes prior to training peers. The individual is also expected to assist in the optimization and process improvements to existing validated PET radiopharmaceuticals and works closely with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to properly document and implement the proposed changes in a cGMP compliant manner.
