Job summary

You will translate consumer needs into objectives, mentor staff on technologies and processes, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive data-informed decisions. A strong background in food science with 7+ years in R&D is required.

Qualifications

• BS, MS or Ph.D in Food Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant R&D/Technical Services experience in the food industry.
• Experience with extrusion, baking, or dehydration processes.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities
