Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• Ability to travel about 30% of schedule to manufacturing and vendor locations.
• Experience executing designed experiments (DOE) and generating product/process data to mitigate risks.
• Comfortable in team meetings, leading timelines and contingency planning.
• Self-starter with leadership to plan, implement, monitor, and deliver objectives.

Responsibilities

• Support development, scale-up and commercialization of Innovation, Renovation & VE initiatives.
• Lead commissioning and qualification of new product/process technologies and improve existing ones.
• Develop SOPs and manufacturing specs; communicate with manufacturing and copackers.
• Apply mass and energy balances, heat transfer, DOE and data analyses for decisions.
• Interface with suppliers, facilities and functions to achieve goals.
• Assess legal/environmental aspects and patent opportunities for new tech.
• Collect/analyze data from suppliers, plant operations, customers; design/execute experiments at supplier sites and in plants.
