Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Food Science, Food Engineering, or Animal Science; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 4 years in scientific R&D, product development, and formulation.
• Experience with formulation software and extrusion/retort processes.
• Knowledge of AAFCO/FEDIAF regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead R&D tasks from concept to product, ensuring quality and safety.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Development, Marketing, Regulatory).
• Plan trial productions and manage raw material inventories.
• Apply AI tools to enhance productivity.
• Mentor junior staff and manage lab samples/data.
