Henrico, Parham & Retreat Doctors' Hospitals is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform quality assurance on cameras and equipment, document procedures, and support radiologist interpretation. You will ensure proper use of department equipment and provide excellent patient and family communication.

Responsibilities include completing procedures end-to-end, documenting information for interpretation, and delivering high-level customer service to staff, physicians, and visitors.

Qualifications

• BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• CNMT or ARRT-N must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date.

• Proper use of all equipment in the department.
• Perform, process, and complete all procedures from start to finish, including documenting necessary information for interpretation by radiologist/cardiologist.
• Provide high-level customer service to patients, family members, employees, physicians, and visitors with proper phone etiquette.
• Explain all procedures to patients and family members in a clear manner and answer all questions.

Hourly Wage Estimate: $36.90 - $55.35 / hour

Job Summary

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• (CNMT) Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist or (ARRT-N) Nuclear Medicine Technology must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date.

No Travel Required.
