Job summary

Hollywood Feed is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to greet customers, assist with pet product needs, and maintain a clean, safe store environment. You will learn and operate the POS system, process transactions, and help with inventory and displays.

The role includes delivering Same Day orders and supporting team members in daily tasks. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required; check benefits and discounts offered to staff.

Qualifications

• Commitment to animals and their owners is essential.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.

• Ability to learn product knowledge quickly.
• Experience operating or learning the point-of-sale system.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years’ driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers per service standards.

• Stock and stock deliveries; maintain merchandising.
• Operate the POS system for transactions and accounts.

• Participate in training sessions and store maintenance.
