Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree plus one year relevant work experience, or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• NACA Level I & II ACO Certification within six months.
• ICS 100/200/700/800 within six months.
• Euthanasia Technician Certification (EBI) in NC within six months.
• Fear Free Certification within six months.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide community-oriented animal field services and pet lifesaving.
• Investigate animal-related calls and enforce local ordinances and state laws.
• Attend community events and engage residents.
• Prepare reports and maintain digital records using Chameleon, Acuity, and Office 365.
• Respond to after-hours emergency calls as part of rotational on-call schedule.
