Independence Pet Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Insurance Product Manager - Expert to shape and optimize its pet insurance portfolio within an MGA framework. This role unites strategic product ownership, market insight, and cross‑functional leadership to deliver profitable, compliant products.

Hybrid work is available with 2–3 days on site in Chicago, IL or New York, NY. The ideal candidate brings senior insurance product experience, pricing expertise, and strong stakeholder collaboration skills

Formación

• 12+ years in insurance pricing, underwriting or product performance.
• 3+ years in State Product Management experience.
• Strong understanding of insurance market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and compliance processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the strategic direction of the pet insurance product suite within an MGA environment.
• Develop underwriting guidelines, appetite statements, rating algorithms, and product structures.
• Collaborate with actuarial, underwriting, sales, marketing, and distribution teams to design go‑to‑market strategies.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and enhancement.
