Pet Hotel - Kennel Attendant I Bather I Receptionist I Driver

We are a large, well-established dog and cat hotel since 1983, seeking pet-loving individuals to join our team. The successful candidates will share our commitment to providing high-quality care to our overnight pets and Doggie Daycare guests, including bathing and relocations. Candidates must be comfortable working with dogs and cats of all sizes and breeds, be flexible with their schedules, and able to work weekends and holidays. Our services are available 24/7, 365 days a year.

Positions & Responsibilities

• Kennel Attendant/Animal Care Specialist: Feeding, laundry, dishwashing, walking dogs, monitoring playgroups, cleaning, exercising dogs, and monitoring pet health in the cattery.
• Bather: Brushing and bathing pets, ensuring they leave clean and free of mats. No haircuts required.
• Receptionist: Checking clients in and out, updating records, emailing clients, answering calls, and assisting in other kennel areas. Must have proficient computer skills and customer service experience.
• Driver: Transporting pets to/from airports, handling animals safely, and maintaining a clean driving record. Cross-training in other kennel areas is a plus.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months experience with veterinary clinics, animal boarding, or shelters. No applications without experience will be considered.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle pets safely, work independently, and be dependable and organized.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, bend, and walk for long periods.
• Comfortable working with dogs and cats, including during holidays and weekends.
