We are urgently seeking hard‑working, self‑motivated, and passionate dog lovers to join our professional behind‑the‑scenes squad. Our Operations Department has two different positions available.

Responsibilities

As a Guest Services associate, you will be part of our back‑of‑house team responsible for providing the highest quality of care to all four‑legged guests. Using state‑of‑the‑art equipment and eco‑friendly chemicals, you will maintain industry‑leading cleaning and sanitizing standards and ensure all guests receive meals, medications, exercise, and love.

You will receive on‑the‑job training in dog body language, pack behavior, social group management, and safe handling protocols. The role is entry‑level with opportunities for growth and requires comfort with all sizes and breeds of dogs, as well as managing large playgroups. Tasks include supervising social groups, providing enrichment, monitoring play styles and interactions, cleaning, record keeping, and completing health checks.

The positions are physically demanding and require you to be on your feet for long periods. Successful candidates will be significant canine lovers who pay excellent attention to detail, set and maintain high standards for sanitation and cleanliness, and have an exceptional ability to multitask, time‑manage, and adapt to change.
