You’ll work with state-of-the-art equipment and a collaborative team in a busy grooming salon. The role offers incentives such as a $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days and a $1000 retention bonus after one year, plus competitive base pay, benefits, 401k, PTO, and discounts.

Qualifications

• Completion of Pet Stylist Apprentice program or equivalent grooming training.
• High-school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to handle dogs of all sizes with care.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.
• Weekend/evening/holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional grooming services including bathing, drying, brushing, haircuts and styling, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and gland cleaning.
• Operate and maintain grooming instruments such as clippers, blades, shears, brushes and dryers.
• Prioritize animal safety and well-being while delivering top customer service to pet parents.
• Educate owners on grooming maintenance and at-home care.
• Maintain a clean, safe salon and comply with hygiene policies.
• Assist and supervise trainees when needed.
