Independent Pet Partners in Minnetonka, MN is seeking a skilled pet groomer to provide upscale grooming services and a positive pet-parent experience. This full-time role involves bathing, brushing, trimming, and other grooming tasks while delivering exceptional care and communication with clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of professional experience in pet grooming.
• Grooming certification preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Exceptional active-listening and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete superior grooms including bathing, brushing, trimming and other services.
• Provide pet check-in/check-out with pet parents.
• Notify pet parents of any anomalies observed.
• Engage pet parents, share product knowledge and educate them.
• Offer enhancements to meet each pet’s needs to grow the business.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Rebook clients to ensure ongoing care.
• Other duties as assigned.
