What We’re Looking For

MUST LOVE DOGS & CATS – Seriously, this is non-negotiable!
Strong Work Ethic – Be punctual, reliable, and take ownership of your work.
Independent & Self-Motivated – You’ll be working solo in the van, so being proactive is key!
Team Player Attitude – While you’ll work independently, collaboration with the team is essential for success.
At least 1 year of animal handling experience (shelter, vet, or bathing).
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (3+ years) and confidence driving a large van.
A natural with customer service—pets AND people love you!
Able to lift up to 60 lbs and handle all the grooming tools like a pro.
