Responsibilities

• Perform professional grooming services (bathing, drying, brushing, haircuts, nail trimming, ear cleaning, gland cleaning) per pet parent instructions.
• Operate and maintain grooming instruments (clippers, blades, shears, brushes, dryers).
• Prioritize animal safety and well‑being, monitor for discomfort or illness, report concerns.
• Interact professionally with pet parents and provide grooming recommendations and timely resolutions.
• Educate owners on at‑home care and grooming maintenance.
