Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age at the time of hire.
• Ability to properly and safely restrain animals.
• Minimum 1+ year of grooming experience or formal instruction from a grooming program.

Responsibilities

• Manage the grooming schedule to efficiently coordinate client needs with staff availability.
• Communicate with clients when recording grooming preferences and pet habits in electronic records.
• Train and supervise bathing team members to uphold grooming policies and skills.
