Qualifications

• Pet Stylist Apprentice program completion or prior professional grooming experience.
• High-school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to exercise independent judgement with grooming skills.
• Strong attention to detail and passion for animals.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional grooming services including bathing, drying, brushing, haircuts, and styling.
• Operate and maintain grooming tools and equipment.
• Prioritize safety and well-being of pets and provide customer service to pet parents.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the grooming area.
• Assist in training and mentoring entry-level trainees when needed.
