Job summary

CityVet is looking for a Pet Groomer to join our team in Chamblee, GA. The Groomer maintains the animal's appearance, meets client requests, and builds lasting client relationships by delivering high-quality grooming services such as bathing, nail trims, ear cleanings, and haircuts.

The role ensures safety and comfort for pets and excellent customer care. In this on-site, hourly role, you will manage the grooming schedule, communicate preferences, train bathing staff, and ensure compliance with

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year grooming experience or formal instruction in a reputable grooming program.
• Ability to safely restrain and handle animals.
• Excellent client communication and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities

• Groom pets and meet client expectations for grooming services.
• Maintain animal’s appearance with baths, nail trims, ear cleaning and haircuts.
• Manage grooming schedule to balance client needs and staff availability.
• Train, supervise and develop bathing team members on proper policies.
