Job summary

CityVet is seeking a Pet Groomer to maintain pets' appearance and client relationships in our Dallas clinics. The role includes bathing, nail trims, ear cleaning, and haircuts, with a schedule target of 10-12 grooms per day with bathing support, or 6 grooms without.

You will train staff, document client preferences, and ensure safety while restraining animals. Applicants should be at least 18 and have 1+ years grooming experience or formal instruction.

• 1+ years grooming experience or formal grooming program
• Ability to safely restrain animals

Responsibilities

• Manage the grooming schedule to coordinate client needs with staff availability (10–12 grooms per day with bathing, or 6 without).
• Perform thorough client communication and maintain electronic records of preferences and animal habits.
• Train, supervise and develop bathing team members on proper policies.
• Ensure safety and proper restraint of animals.
• Commitment to upholding high grooming standards and client satisfaction.
