Job summary

Bark & Mane offers mobile grooming in a luxury setting where you groom dogs and occasionally cats at client locations. We provide a custom van fully equipped with climate control, a hydrobath, and a grooming salon for one-on-one care.

You control your schedule with support from our concierge and fleet teams for scheduling and van upkeep. Earn a 30% commission on every groom, plus guaranteed minimum wage for non-grooming hours, with bonuses tied to personal and company performance.

Qualifications

• No degree required; experience and positive attitude required.
• Experience with grooming in mobile environments preferred.
• Ability to work independently in vans.

Responsibilities

• Provide luxury one-on-one grooming for dogs and occasionally cats daily in our grooming vans.
• Work with in-house concierge and fleet teams handling scheduling and van maintenance/cleaning so you can groom.
• Maintain safety and quality with every appointment and manage a manageable daily schedule.

We Offer

• Earn a 30% commission on every groom, plus guaranteed minimum wage for all hours worked to ensure your non-grooming time is fully paid
• Any revenue over $750 in a day is paid at a 35% commission rate
