Job summary

Bark & Mane of Temecula and Murrieta is seeking experienced pet groomers to provide luxury grooming services. You will work independently in custom-designed mobile grooming vans equipped for comfort and efficiency, ensuring a high-quality, cage-free experience for pets.

This role offers commission on earnings with a minimum wage guarantee, ongoing training and development, and support from in-house teams. Ideal candidates have a passion for pet care and grooming experience, with flexible scheduling to enhance your workflow.

• Experience in pet grooming is required; no degree necessary.

We Offer

• Earn a 30% commission on every groom, plus guaranteed minimum wage for all hours worked to ensure your non‑grooming time is fully paid
• Any revenue over $750 in a day is paid at a 35% commission rate

Responsibilities

• Focus on providing luxury one-on-one care to dogs and sometimes cats daily while working independently in our grooming vans.
• Enjoy the ongoing support of our in-house concierge and fleet teams that handle scheduling and van maintenance/cleaning so you can groom.
• Fall in love with grooming with a manageable daily schedule while focusing on safety and quality with every appointment.

• No degree is required; we are looking for groomers with experience.
