Job summary

Bark & Mane is a locally owned mobile grooming team serving happy, repeat clients across southern Indianapolis. We handle the scheduling, logistics, and client acquisition so you can focus on what you do best: delivering premium, one-on-one care in a fully equipped Mercedes-Benz grooming van.

This 4-day workweek position offers weekly pay between $1,100 and $1,600, with a ramp guarantee of $18/hr for scheduled hours plus 100% of tips, whichever is greater, and company-paid tool maintenance and

Responsibilities

Compensation

Groomers on a full schedule average $1,100–$1,600 per week including tips.

Ramp guarantee: While your route builds, you'll receive $18/hr for scheduled hours plus 100% of tips - you always earn whichever is greater.

• Clean driving record and comfortable operating a larger vehicle
• Able to lift and maneuver pets up to 75 lbs independently and up to 100 lbs with assistance
• Preferences: mobile experience, ability to groom a wide range of breeds and coat types, demonstrated speed with quality (low redos, high rebook rate), and reliability
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Schedule

4-day workweek, typically four 10-hour days. Routes set collaboratively based on your availability.
