Responsibilities:

• Provide top tier grooming services in a luxurious, Mercedes-Benz van fully equipped with air conditioning, heat, electricity and water.
• Communicate effectively with pet owners to understand their pet's grooming needs and preferences.
• Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with pets and their owners.
• Prioritize the safety and well-being of pets throughout each grooming session.
• Maintain a clean and organized mobile grooming unit.
• Adhere to schedules and be punctual for appointments.
• No Scheduling: We handle all the scheduling, so you can focus on grooming and offering personalized recommendations for each pet’s needs.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of paid professional pet grooming experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent knowledge of different grooming techniques and breed-specific requirements.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and groom pets weighing up to 75 lbs.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive pay: Averaging $27 - $37+ per hour (commission + tips).
• $1,200 - $1,400 weekly pay range for full-time employees.
