VCA Village Park Animal Hospital is seeking a compassionate Pet Groomer to join our dedicated team!

Location: 1045 North Rangeline Road, Carmel, IN 46032

Schedule: Full-time opportunity

About the Role:

VCA Village Park Animal Hospital takes pride in offering high-quality medical care, and we are looking to expand our wellness services with a skilled Groomer who is passionate about pets, client service, and delivering exceptional grooming experiences.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform professional grooming services, including bathing, brushing, haircuts, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and anal gland expression.

• Create a comfortable, safe, and clean environment for pets.

• Consult with pet owners to understand their grooming needs and preferences.

• Maintain grooming equipment and ensure a clean grooming area.

• Build strong relationships with clients by delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of grooming experience in a professional setting (prior experience in a veterinary or pet care facility preferred).

• Confidence in grooming all breeds and sizes of dogs (cat grooming a plus).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Passion for animal care and client education.
