Job summary

Mountain Humane in Hailey, Idaho, is seeking a Customer Service Representative for The Barkin’ retail store. You will greet customers and volunteers, assist in displaying and shelving merchandise, and answer phones and inquiries, helping create a welcoming shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with cash registers and cash handling.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated team player, outgoing and professional.
• Ability to work with diverse customers and volunteers.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Keep store clean, displays organized, and shelves stocked.
• Greet customers and donors with exceptional service.
• Operate cash register and process purchases.
• Assist with donations processing and pricing.
• Follow pricing guidelines and escalate issues to Store Manager.
• Assist with offsite donation pickups as needed.
