Mountain Humane in Hailey, Idaho, seeks a full-time Customer Service Representative for The Barkin’ store. You will greet customers, process sales, price and display donations, and maintain a clean, welcoming retail space while supporting volunteers and staff.

You’ll handle cash with accuracy, deliver friendly service, and assist with restocking and pricing. A valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check are required; benefits and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of register function and cash handling.
• Excellent customer service and people skills.
• Motivated team player who acts professionally.
• Able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Able to pass a satisfactory background check.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist customers and donors with impeccable service.
• Operate the cash register and handle sales transactions.
• Unbox, price, and stock donations for display and sale.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and safe throughout the day.
• Assist with shelving, pricing, and restocking as needed.
• Support offsite donation pickups and drive company vehicles when required.
• Follow Barkin’ policies and escalate issues to the Store Manager.
