Pilgrim's in Mt. Pleasant, TX is seeking Pet Food / Protein Laborers to operate machinery, perform manual tasks, and support production in line with USDA and Pilgrim’s standards.

You'll help ensure product quality, safety, and efficiency while maintaining a clean work area and collaborating with teammates to meet daily goals. Prioritize safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Operate machinery according to established procedures and safety rules.
• Perform manual tasks to support production and packaging processes.
• Monitor equipment, report malfunctions, and maintain a clean work area.
• Adhere to food safety and quality standards in all duties.

Positions Available: Protein Production, Pet Food Production, Operator Laborers & Forklift Operators

Position Overview

Pet Food / Protein Laborers are responsible for operating machinery, performing manual labor, and supporting production processes in accordance with USDA and Pilgrim’s standards. This role plays a key part in ensuring product quality, safety, and efficiency.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and perform manual labor tasks as assigned
• Process product according to established procedures and quality/quantity expectations
• Observe equipment operation and report malfunctions or safety concerns to appropriate personnel
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
