Blow Mold Maintenance Technician

North Las Vegas, NV Hourly – Depended upon qualifications and experience.

PET Blow Molding Manufacturer

Experienced Custom Blow Mold Mechanic

Qualified candidates must have excellent problem solving skills, strong verbal and written communications skills.

Environment:

Our facility is currently a 24/7operation, Monday thru Friday (8 hour shifts).

• Working in climate controlled environment
• Safety food grade environment
• Clean manufacturing facility

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work with others in positive and constructive manner
• Monitor operations
• Set up machines to approved processing parameters
• Solve daily production and technical processing issues
• Troubleshoot
• Assist in training team members
• Ensure that products manufactured meet or exceed all quality requirements
• Maintain safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following, enforcing standards, policies and procedures
• Follow all safety procedures and policies

Work shift will depend upon need.

• Must be available for overtime and work weekends when needed.

Required Education/Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years thermoplastic processing experience

Preferred Education/Experience

• 4+ years related experience
• Completion of apprentice or other training program
