Job summary

NY Imaging Specialists is seeking a per diem PET/CT Technologist in Ridge, NY. In this role, you will perform advanced imaging procedures and ensure patient safety during scans. The ideal candidate has a diploma from an NMTCB program, relevant certification, and at least 2 years of experience in nuclear medicine.

Qualifications

• Diploma from an NMTCB program (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMTCB and/or ARRT‑N) is required.
• Active New York State License.

Responsibilities

• Administer radioactive chemical compounds for imaging procedures.
• Perform patient imaging using radiation-detecting equipment.
• Monitor patients' conditions and reactions during scans.
