Job summary

RAYUS Radiology in the United States is seeking a PET/CT Technologist for a per-diem role across our sites. You will operate PET/CT scanners to produce diagnostic images, guide patients, and ensure strict safety and privacy standards while delivering exceptional patient care.

Ideal candidates are NMTCB or ARRT registered, AMA radiography graduates, CPR certified, and able to perform PET/CT procedures independently. Bilingual skills and CT certification are a plus. Per-diem hours vary.

Qualifications

• Graduate of AMA approved school of radiography.
• NMTCB or ARRT registered in Nuclear Medicine.
• Current CPR certification.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform PET/CT imaging procedures and ensure accurate patient positioning.
• Screen patients for precautions and verify identity using two identifiers.
• Maintain patient records in RIS and adhere to HIPAA and safety regulations.
• Perform quality control procedures and assist with equipment maintenance.
• Assist with imaging protocol manuals and inventory management.

Education

AMA approved school of radiography

ARRT/NMTCB certification in Nuclear Medicine

CPR certification
