Shared Medical Services seeks a PET/CT Technologist to join our growing team, operating a state-of-the-art mobile scanner and serving local communities. This full-time, employee-centric role emphasizes stability and career growth within SMS ONETEAM, with a focus on compassionate patient care.

The ideal candidate is either a Nuclear Medicine Technology program graduate or soon-to-be graduate, with registry eligibility (NMTCB-CNMT or ARRT/N) and the ability to obtain necessary permits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Nuclear Medicine Technology program or soon to be graduate from a Nuclear Medicine Program
• Registered/registry eligible: NMTCB-CNMT or ARRT(N)
• Ability to receive permit to practice(s) as necessary
• Ability to produce quality imaging with little supervision
• Pre-employment background check and urine drug screen required

Responsibilities

• Competently perform imaging procedures, including administering contrast agents and radiopharmaceuticals
• Perform equipment quality check and adhere to quality assurance guidelines
• Maintain compassionate patient care, comfort and safety, while ensuring patient confidentiality
