Job summary

Shared Medical Services, Inc. is seeking a part-time PET/CT Technologist to join our mobile imaging team. You will work on a state-of-the-art mobile scanner, serving local communities while enjoying a stable, employee-centric environment with opportunities for growth.

The role requires graduating from Nuclear Medicine Technology, ARRT/N or NMTCB-CNMT eligibility, and ability to obtain permits. Expect 1-3 days a week, with Monday required; potential for full-time hours as available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Nuclear Medicine Technology program or soon to be graduate from a Nuclear Medicine Program
• Registered/registry eligible: NMTCB-CNMT or ARRT(N)
• Ability to receive permit to practice(s) as necessary
• Ability to produce quality imaging with little supervision
• Successfully pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check, urine drug screen and physical

Responsibilities

• Competently perform imaging procedures, including administering contrast agents and radiopharmaceuticals
• Perform equipment quality check and adhere to quality assurance guidelines
• Maintain compassionate patient care, comfort and safety, while ensuring patient confidentiality
