Job summary

Akumin is a leading outpatient radiology and oncology services provider seeking a PET/CT Technologist for our Saratoga Springs, NY location. This is a full-time role with responsibilities across patient safety, image quality, and equipment troubleshooting.

The position requires NMTCB or ARRT (N) certification, a state license as required, CPR, and the ability to work at multiple locations. Candidates should have strong customer service skills and organizational abilities to manage diverse tasks

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• NMTCB or ARRT (N) certification required.
• State license as required; CPR certification.
• Ability to work at several locations; strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient safety and radiation safety compliance.
• Produce high-quality diagnostic PET/CT images.
• Communicate effectively with patients and radiologists.
• Train new technologists and/or staff.
• Troubleshoot scanner, coach, and peripheral equipment.
