Greenlife Healthcare Staffing, Inc. seeks a full-time PET/CT Technologist to join an Imaging Office at a Radiology Group in East Brunswick, NJ. The role requires proficiency in PET/CT fusion imaging and radiopharmaceutical procedures, with Siemens Biographe PET/CT experience preferred.

Candidates should hold NJDEP licensure, CPR certification, and ARRT/NMTCB CT and N certifications, with at least one year of PET/CT experience. Strong safety and patient-care skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology or Radiologic Technology program.
• Licensure: NJDEP State License required; CPR Certification required; ARRT(CT) or NMTCB/CT for Fusion Modality required; ARRT(N) or NMTCB(N) Certification required.
• Experience: At least one year of experience as a PET/CT Technologist; Siemens Biographe PET/CT experience preferred.
• Technical Skills: Adhere to department and facility safety protocols; may involve areas with specialized imaging equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using radiopharmaceuticals and PET scanners to create images of the body's internal functions and structures.
• Prepare and administer radioactive drugs to patients with accuracy and care.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout all procedures.
• Operate PET/CT imaging equipment according to established protocols.
• Maintain imaging equipment and adhere to radiation safety protocols.
• Adhere to all department and facility safety protocols, especially when working near specialized imaging equipment.
• Maintain required certifications and stay current with industry standards.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members as needed.
