Job summary

Comprehensive Cancer Centers of Nevada is seeking a PET-CT Technologist at our Twain site in Las Vegas. Under supervision, you will perform diagnostic PET/CT and CT imaging, including radiopharmaceutical injections, protocol setup, patient positioning, image reconstruction, and archiving.

You will collaborate with the Medical Director and Supervisor on technical issues and contribute to QA, safety, and patient data collection.

Qualifications

• Degrees: Associates or Bachelors in Nuclear Medicine Technology or AMA-accredited program.
• Experience: 3–5 years in nuclear medicine or PET experience preferred.
• Certifications: CNMT and/or ARRT (N) certification and state licensure where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic PET/CT or CT imaging procedures including injection of radiopharmaceuticals and IV/oral contrast.
• Assist in procedure scheduling and front office tasks to maintain workflow.
• Verify patient demographics, report distribution, and file accuracy.
• Collect clinical data for follow-up and patient education materials.
• Maintain safety and perform daily scanner QA and quality control checks.
• Report malfunctions and coordinate service needs for equipment.
