Job description

Job Title: PET/CT Technologist (Temp/PRN)

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a PET/CT Technologist to join our team. We are committed to advancing radiology as a critical step in diagnosis and treatment. Join us and shine brighter together!

Position Details: This is a Temp/PRN position with working hours between 6:30 pm and 5:00 pm.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Patient PET/CT Imaging: Screen patients, explain procedures, perform imaging, adjust scan parameters, maintain records, and ensure safety and compliance standards.
  2. PET/CT Department Support: Maintain protocols, monitor supplies, assist in training, perform quality control, and ensure radiation safety compliance.
  3. Other Tasks: Complete additional tasks as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
  • NMTCB or ARRT registered technologist in Nuclear Medicine, in good standing.
  • Graduate of an AMA-approved radiography school.
  • State licensure as applicable.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Experience in performing PET/CT procedures independently.
  • Certification in imaging specialty.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bilingual abilities.
  • ARRT certification in CT.
  • NMTCB PET Specialty certification.
