Lowcountry Oncology Associates is seeking a qualified PET/CT Scan Technologist to join our mission of delivering high-quality cancer care in the community. In this role, the candidate will perform PET/CT and CT Imaging procedures, ensuring compliance with health regulations and protocols.

The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree from an AMA approved school and experience in Diagnostic Imaging. Responsibilities include patient care, preparation and administration of radioactive isotopes, and maintaining radiology equipment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of one year experience in Diagnostic Imaging.
• Training and experience sufficient to perform PET/CT independently.
• Knowledge of anatomy and physiology necessary for X-Ray testing.

Aufgaben

• Perform diagnostic PET/CT and CT Imaging procedures.
• Prepare, administer, and measure radioactive isotopes.
• Maintain and calibrate radioisotope and laboratory equipment.
• Explain procedures to patients to obtain cooperation.
