Job summary

The US Oncology Network is seeking a full-time Nuclear Medicine Technologist in Peoria, Illinois. In this role, you will perform PET/CT procedures, ensuring high-quality imaging while prioritizing patient safety and comfort. Ideal candidates will have strong knowledge of nuclear medicine procedures and possess excellent communication skills.

This position involves compliance with regulatory standards and collaboration with other clinical staff. Candidates should be licensed in Illinois and possess current NMTCB or ARRT certification.

Qualifications

• Licensed by the state of Illinois to perform Nuclear Medicine and Radiography procedures.
• Current NMTCB and/or ARRT certification required.
• PET/CT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform PET scan procedures including injection of radiopharmaceutical and setup of protocol.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Observe OSHA, HIPAA, and all other applicable regulatory policies.
