The Christ Hospital in Cincinnati, OH seeks a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform diagnostic and therapeutic imaging procedures, administer radiopharmaceuticals, and provide round-the-clock coverage with after-hours call in the Nuclear Medicine Department.

Responsibilities include preparation of radiopharmaceuticals, quality control, patient data management, and strict adherence to NRC and ODH regulations.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine program or enrolled in an accredited Medical Imaging Technology program with clinical nuclear medicine coursework.
• Certification in Nuclear Medicine or eligibility with ARRT-N or NMTCB.
• Knowledge of radiation safety, radiopharmaceutical handling and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients.
• Operates gamma cameras, dose calibrators and diagnostic computers.
• Ensure quality control and reporting of equipment issues to engineering.
• Maintain compliance with NRC and state health department guidelines.
• Document procedures and patient data accurately in EPIC or similar systems.
• Maintain license, CPR certification and ongoing education as required.
• Access to patient records following privacy policies and regulatory requirements.
