Job summary

Ashton North LLC in Syracuse, NY is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to grow in PET/CT imaging with training provided and CT tuition support.

This full-time, direct-hire role offers a competitive salary and a $3,000 sign-on bonus, excellent benefits, and a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or on-call.

New grads are welcome; join a collaborative outpatient imaging team focused on advanced imaging and patient care.

Qualifications

• CNMT or ARRT(N) certification required.
• Current New York State Department of Health Nuclear Medicine License.
• BLS certification.
• Strong communication skills and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Perform nuclear medicine and hybrid imaging procedures, including PET/CT and SPECT/CT.
• Prepare, calculate, order, administer, and document radioactive isotopes per protocol.
• Review orders and verify patient identity before procedures.
• Educate patients about exam prep and expectations.
• Monitor patient comfort and safety during imaging.
• Complete QC procedures and maintain equipment standards.
• Ensure radiation safety and ongoing education compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians and imaging team to ensure quality patient care.
