Job summary

Jackson HealthPros in Easton, MD is seeking an experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a permanent role. You will interpret physician instructions, administer radiopharmaceuticals, and perform PET/CT and nuclear medicine procedures with emphasis on patient and radiation safety.

Ideal candidates have ARRT, JRCERT-accredited education, BLS, and experience with PET/CT. Willingness to travel between regional coverage sites is preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience preferred as a CT Technologist.
• Completion of a JRCERT-accredited radiology program.
• Current ARRT certification.
• BLS certification.
• Experience with PET/CT and Nuclear Medicine preferred.
• Dual Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT certification preferred where required by state.

Responsibilities

• Accurately interpret physician scanning instructions.
• Administer radiopharmaceuticals and contrast as appropriate.
• Perform PET/CT and other nuclear medicine procedures.
• Ensure patient safety and radiation safety.
• Operate PET/CT and gamma camera equipment.
