Job summary

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Technologist's Assistant to support Technologists and help ensure smooth operation of the scanning area. The role includes preparing patients, assisting with setup, and maintaining organized workspaces.

Responsibilities include monitoring schedules across modalities, escorts patients, and helping prepare jackets and films. The position emphasizes efficient scheduling, cleanliness, and readiness for next procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age.
• High School diploma, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• 70% Technologist Assistance: monitors schedules, greets/escorts patients, prepares jackets/films, assists with room setup, prepares next patient, restores and networks exams.
• 20% Cleaning & Organization: stocks and cleans work areas, MRI rooms, prep room, and supply closets; keeps radiology areas neat and organized.
• 5% Other Duties as Assigned: performs additional duties as needed.
