Job summary

Petco is seeking a Social Media Content Creator to produce high-volume, on-brand video and static content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest. You will host brand segments, demos, and store walkthroughs with a personable on-camera presence across retail channels.

You’ll partner with influencers, manage outreach, and curate user-generated content while tracking performance and aligning with cross‑functional teams to amplify campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in social media content creation, digital copywriting, or influencer marketing.
• Strong portfolio or active social handles showing video editing and on-camera presence (TikTok/Instagram Reels).
• Proficient with mobile shoot setups and mobile‑first editing platforms (CapCut, Premiere Rush, InShot, Canva).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative Writing, Public Relations, or related field.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End content creation for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest.
• On-camera brand ambassador for hosting styling segments, product demos, and store walkthroughs.
• Influencer discovery, outreach, and campaign coordination to drive creator partnerships.
• Community engagement and analytics reporting to optimize performance.
