Job Summary

As a Pet Care Technician at K9 Resorts, you will be at the heart of our commitment to cleanliness and compassionate care. This role involves spending ample time with our furry friends, ensuring their well‑being and happiness. If you love dogs and don’t mind getting your hands dirty, this is the perfect job for you. Daily tasks include cleaning accommodations, giving baths, and managing doggie daycare. Strong communication and observation skills, along with a keen eye for detail, are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Doggy Daycare. In this environment, you’ll master dog behaviors and even their body language, anticipating and forecasting the dogs’ actions, keeping dog safety top of mind.
• Manage housekeeping and janitorial services; ensure the resort’s accommodations and other areas are impeccably clean, including cleaning after the dogs.
• Before check‑out, pamper guests by nourishing and shining their fur coats using the finest dog shampoo imported from the south of France.

Pet Care Technician Qualifications

• Ability to lift at least 20 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability for weekend and holiday hours.
• A “Can‑Do” attitude focusing on “How can I help?” with any situation.
• Demonstrate a love for dogs.
• Positive, professional, hardworking.
