K9 Resorts of Turnersville is hiring a Pet Care Technician for full‑time work. You will care for canine guests, clean accommodations, give baths, and help manage daycare operations with focus on safety and happiness.

Candidates should love dogs, be 18+, have daycare experience, and be able to work weekends/holidays. Strong observation skills and the ability to work on your feet are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift at least 20 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrate a Can‑Do attitude with an outgoing, positive personality.
• Demonstrate genuine love for dogs.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to work at least one weekend day; holiday availability required.
• At least 1 year experience in a daycare setting.
• Strong understanding of canine body language, play styles, stress signals and pack dynamics.
• Ability to manage daycare groups.
• Ability to quickly recognize, prevent, and safely interrupt inappropriate play or escalating behavior.

Responsibilities

• Care for guests in compliance with company standards.
• Oversee health and well‑being of dogs in daycare and boarding.
• Maintain sanitation of accommodations and outdoor areas.
• Perform body checks for pre‑existing conditions or injuries.
• Work on your feet for 8 hours or more.
• Assist with tasks as needed, including transporting dogs and providing playtimes.

Job Summary

Pet Care Technician Responsibilities

• Ensure all guests are cared for in compliance with company standards
• Oversee the health and well‑being of dogs in daycare and boarding
