Pet Care Specialist - Professional Pet Sitter / Dog Walker

Furry Fellas is hiring for 2 Part Time to Full Time pet care specialists in Warwick, Cranston, and Providence. Coverage can be all or some of these towns. The position starts as Part Time with potential to increase to Full Time or remain Part Time based on performance and preference.

Hours and Availability: Must be available during at least 2 of the following time frames: Morning 7-10am, Afternoon 11am-3pm, Evening 4-6pm, Night 7-9pm. The most consistent work occurs during 10am-3:30pm.

Services include: Pet care, dog walking, pet sitting. Compensation includes hourly pay plus mileage and gratuities.

Requirements: Experience with dogs of various sizes and energy levels and/or cats/other small animals. Must have own transportation, smartphone, internet access, and be able to pass a background check.

Job Duties:

• Visit clients’ homes to care for pets during their absence
• Walk, exercise, feed, medicate, and provide love and attention to animals
• Leave notes for clients after each visit

Compensation: $16-$18/hour depending on experience, plus mileage and tips, or per visit pay option.
