Job summary

Destination Pet LLC is hiring an Animal Care Attendant to keep enclosures clean and safe, serve meals, and monitor the health and happiness of our furry guests. You’ll help with grooming tasks, supervise play, and assist with baths and laundry, all in a hands-on, upbeat environment.

We value a genuine love for animals, reliability, and a willingness to get your hands dirty. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required to support our pet families.

Qualifications

• A border-line-obsessive love for animals and willingness to learn.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and remain on feet during shifts.
• Prior kennel or animal care experience is a plus, but beginners are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Keep pet enclosures and play areas clean, safe, and sanitized.
• Serve meals and fresh water to pets like a 5-star concierge.
• Monitor health and happiness of pets, and report anything unusual.
• Supervise playtime, wagging tails, and occasional fetch.
• Assist with brushing and bath time, and manage laundry for clean snuggly items.
