Job summary

Feeders Pet Supply seeks a Shift Supervisor to oversee animal care, deliver outstanding customer service, and guide team members during shifts. The role includes merchandising duties, opening/closing the store, and communicating with management.

As part of our Pet Care team, you will help maintain clean enclosures, manage stocking, and support promotions while promoting advancement opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to direct a team during shifts.
• Knowledge of store products, services and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure animals are cared for properly and food/water is provided.
• Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
• Operate cash register accurately and process payments.
• Demonstrate merchandising skills and maintain store presentation.
• Provide direction to the team during shifts.
• Communicate important information to Store Manager.
• Open and close the store.
