Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and comfort handling cash and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, helpful service and educate customers on products and promotions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor.
• Assist customers in selecting products and services for their pets and process sales, returns, and exchanges.
• Restock shelves, support inventory integrity, and assist with merchandising and promotional setups.
